Enterprise Europe Network organizes “Murcia food brokerage event 2019“, the ninth edition of a matchmaking event in the agri-food sector, in which the latest creations in the food technology sector will be presented, offering companies from different countries, not only European, the possibility of establishing contacts with technological partners. This year, great attention will be paid to partner research for participation in Horizon 2020 projects.
In parallel to the brokerage sessions, the “9th International Symposium on Food Technology” will also be held, a program of conferences within which the latest discoveries in the sector will be presented.
The brokerage event will focus on the following thematic areas:
Hygienic design of structures and devices and food safety:

- Authentication of food products, quick check systems, etc.
- Biotechnology
Biosensors
- New food products (prebiotics, functional, etc.)
- Circular economy
Life cycle
- Ecological design

- Process monitoring, sensors, communication, robotics, etc.
Participation is open to companies, universities, technology centers and research institutes from across Europe with advanced or innovative food technology requests or offers, subject to online registration by 3 May.
More than 100 participants from all over the world are already registered for the event.
