The European Commission and EU Member States organize a pan-European Hackathon designed to connect civil society, innovators and businesses from all over Europe in order to develop innovative solutions to overcome the challenges related to COVID19.
The #EUvsVirus Hackathon, led by the European Innovation Council, will take place on 24, 25 and 26 April and aims to find solutions to the problems caused by the coronavirus in sectors such as:
- health and life
- business continuity
- distance work and education
- social and political cohesion
- digital finance
- other challenges
The best solutions will be invited to join the European Innovation Council platform which will facilitate links with end users and foster links with investors and foundations, as well as access to other forms of funding from the EIC and the EU.
